The questions of arms transfers control and of the negative effects of armament for economic development (and the possibility to create an international disarmament fund for development) is clearly important questions for the United Nations. It is important to study the adoption of some proposals affecting the level of arms imports and arms production technology in the Third World. At the same time, for the development of Third world development, economic aid to developing countries can be realized by the creation of the international fund disarmament for development.
