Évaluation pragmatique d’un programme de stimulation cognitive informatisée
Résumé
The impact of computerized cognitive training was studied in 61 elderly people in a 9-month longitudinal follow-up. The study evidenced benefits on perceptions of cognitive self-efficacy and familiarity with computer use but it also confirmed that the skills acquired were not generalisable. The perception of personal involvement appears as a key factor to ensure lasting benefits for computerized cognitive training. Acceptance of computer technology in cognitive training requires a high level of perception of self-efficacy, through tailored, flexible accompaniment, extending beyond the usual paradigm focusing on the mere development of cognitive skills.
