Images de soi dans un blog professionnel d'enseignants stagiaires

Abstract : Supporting future teachers on their working place thanks to online communication tools tends to become more and more frequent. There are various objectives. In a general manner, the aim is to break the feeling of isolation, encourage mutual assistance and support, develop new forms of collaboration, etc. From September 2004, a similar device has been worked out at Stendhal University in Grenoble, for the French as a foreign language 2nd year master. However, the aim is different : giving students a space of expression, and in this case a collective blog, to prop the “elaboration of their emerging professionnal identity” (Rinaudo, 2006). Taking the concept of ethos as a frame of analysis and using the tools provided by speech and work situations analysis, I will try in this communication to account for the different positions (or ethos) adopted by students. I can distinguish four of them : the “student” ethos, the “trainee teacher” ethos, the “normative teacher” ethos and the “citizen teacher” ethos.
