Quelles variables utiliser pour définir la complexité orthographique des mots?
Résumé
Phonographemic consistency is often used to define the orthographic complexity of French words. Nevertheless, in early stages of writing acquisition, graphemic complexity and the dependence of graphemes on context can also affect spelling production. Combining these three variables could allow a better understanding of the difficulties encountered by pupils whose spelling has not yet become automatic.
